Terms and Conditions
Important: The following Terms and Conditions are provided as a general template for a bodybuilding aesthetician business. They do not constitute legal advice. You should have this document reviewed, customized, and approved by a qualified legal professional in your jurisdiction before using it with clients.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment, purchasing any service, or otherwise engaging with [Business Name] (the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“you,” “your,” or the “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein (collectively, the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted on our website or otherwise made available to you. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Services
[Business Name] provides aesthetic services tailored to bodybuilding and physique-focused clients, which may include, without limitation, skin treatments, body contouring, posing-enhancing aesthetic treatments, grooming and appearance-focused services, and related consultations (collectively, the “Services”). A detailed description of our current Services is available on our website and/or in our service menu.
We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any Service at any time without prior notice. Not all Services are suitable for all clients, and we may decline to provide a Service where, in our professional judgment, it may not be safe or appropriate for you.
3. Appointment Booking, Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person, subject to availability. At the time of booking, we may require a deposit or a valid payment method to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us.
We kindly request at least 24–48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. The exact required notice period and any associated fees will be specified in your booking confirmation and/or our booking policy as updated from time to time.
If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to attend your appointment without providing the required notice (“late cancellation” or “no-show”), we reserve the right to:
- Retain your deposit and/or
- Charge a cancellation or no-show fee up to the full cost of the scheduled Service, and/or
- Require prepayment for future appointments.
If we must reschedule or cancel your appointment for operational or safety reasons, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible and offer to rebook your appointment at a mutually convenient time. We are not liable for any costs, losses, or damages you may incur due to such changes, beyond refunding any prepaid amount for the affected appointment.
4. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment for all Services is due at the time of service. We accept the payment methods listed on our website and/or at our location. All prices are subject to change without notice; however, the price confirmed at the time of your booking will generally be honored for that appointment.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use that payment method and authorize us to charge it for the Services, including any applicable taxes, fees, deposits, and late cancellation or no-show charges.
All sales are final once Services have been rendered, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Prepaid packages, memberships, and gift certificates may be subject to additional terms and conditions provided at the time of purchase.
5. Client Responsibilities; Health and Safety
Your safety and wellbeing are our priority. However, you are responsible for providing complete and accurate information about your health and fitness status. Before receiving any Service, you agree to:
- Disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions;
- Inform us of any medications or supplements you are taking that may affect your skin, healing, or treatment response (including, but not limited to, blood thinners, steroids, acne medications, and hormone therapies);
- Disclose any recent or upcoming bodybuilding competitions, extreme dieting phases, tanning products, or other factors that may affect treatment suitability; and
- Follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions we provide.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a Service if, in our professional judgment, it is not safe or appropriate to proceed, including where you have not disclosed relevant information or followed our instructions.
Our Services are intended for generally healthy individuals. They are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed physician or other healthcare provider. If you have any concerns about how a Service may affect your health, you should consult your doctor before proceeding.
6. Assumption of Risk; Liability Limitations
By booking and receiving our Services, you understand and acknowledge that all aesthetic and body-focused treatments carry inherent risks, including, but not limited to, skin irritation, allergic reactions, temporary discomfort, bruising, pigmentation changes, or other unforeseen or idiosyncratic reactions. You voluntarily assume all such risks associated with the Services you choose to receive.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, [Business Name] and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Services, your use of our facilities, or these Terms, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
If, despite the foregoing limitations, we are found liable to you for any damage or loss in connection with the Services or these Terms, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the Service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to such liability, unless otherwise required by law.
7. Results Disclaimer
Our Services are designed to enhance aesthetic appearance and support bodybuilding presentation; however, individual results will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, your genetics, age, health status, lifestyle, training and nutrition habits, and adherence to pre- and post-treatment instructions.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, competition results, or timeframes for achieving any particular look or physique. Any testimonials, before-and-after photos, or examples of previous client results are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a promise or guarantee of similar results for you.
8. Minors
Unless otherwise permitted by applicable law and our internal policies, our Services are intended for clients who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. If we agree to provide Services to a minor, a parent or legal guardian must provide written consent and may be required to be present during the appointment.

10. Conduct and Use of Facilities
You agree to behave respectfully and responsibly while on our premises and during your interactions with our staff and other clients. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate a session, or ask you to leave our facilities if you engage in behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate, without any obligation to refund amounts paid for the affected appointment.
11. Privacy and Confidentiality
We collect and process personal information about you in connection with providing the Services, including health-related information you choose to share. We handle such information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using our Services, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge that electronic communications (including email and text messages) may not be fully secure and that you use such communication methods at your own risk.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Governing Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Before initiating formal legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us in writing using the contact details provided below. If we are unable to resolve the dispute within a reasonable time, either party may pursue any rights and remedies available under applicable law. Additional or alternative dispute resolution provisions (such as mandatory mediation or arbitration) may be added here upon advice from your legal counsel.
13. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any documents referenced herein (including any service-specific consents or policies you sign), constitute the entire agreement between you and [Business Name] regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.
